The hobby of collecting stamps is getting unpopular among the younger generations, however, it remains a favourite pastime for the elderly ones. Stamp Collecting had been developed through a century with an international body established i.e the Federation of International Philately (FIP), which governs and unites global philatelists. Each year FIP organises philatelic exhibitions at predetermined hosting country. FIP world philatelic exhibition is often known as the Olympics for the Stamp Lovers, it is a world event that philatelists gather and compete for an honour. FIP at the same time prepares and trains Juries at each World Philatelic Exhibition to serve as judges for each competition. A Philatelist is able to qualify himself as a FIP jury following the steps by beginning as an exhibitor. FIP Juries' work are hectic as the judging results are usually required to be completed within the first 2 days of an exhibtion, therefore , at times juries have to work up to 14 hours a day to get the work done within time. Although judging exercise is a wary job, however, it gives the opportunity to view and appreciate the many philatelic gems of the world, which is a great consolation in return. On completing the judging works, juries are able to go round the exhibition hall looking at many of the other world class exhibits, hunting around the philatelic booths buying philatelic materials or join a short trip to visit the nearby tourist spots.
