日本世界邮展和其他世界邮展一样，也创造了一个吉祥物。在开幕礼上把这吉祥物拉到身旁来拍个照。恰巧前世界极限会会长尼克斯也走前来个合照。

Yokohama World Philatelic Exhibition created this Philatelic Mascot, I met the mascot during the opening ceremony and requested her to take a photo. Mr. Nicos Rangos, the former Chairman of the FIP maximaphily commission was there to take a photo too.

Glad to meet up with the former Chairman of the FIP Maximaphily Commission, Mr. Nicos Rangos from Cyprus. We had a chat on the recent development on Maximaphily and most concern on the issue of the treatment of FIP on this particular class of philately.
