The organiser for the Luoyang World Philateic Exhibition honoured the participation of the various nations by raising the respective National Flags of the participation countries in front of the Exhibition Venue - Luoyang National Museum. I was impressed by the arrangement of the organiser, it made the exhibition grand by putting the flags at the venue. It was a spectacular view indeed to see the flags flying in the breeze. Can you spot the Malaysian Flag ? It is standing No 11 from the left.
